GROUND FLOOR KITCHEN EXTENSION, BROMLEY.
The project brief was to build, co-ordinate and manage a modern rear addition to a Victorian property without sacrificing the character of the house. To seamlessly fuse existing with new, and to create a flowing, functional space with high quality finish at a reasonable price.
Single Storey Extension, Chislehurst
Create a living space to include an open plan kitchen with dining area, and doors that fold away so the garden and decking area could be accessed via the flush flooring levels.
KITCHEN EXTENSION, London SE15
The plan here was to remove one supporting wall, one tired shower room, a chimney and an old flat roof and replace it with an open plan space with bi-folding doors, out to the garden and a pitched, 'green' roof.
We also added some natural light by way of two velux roof windows, and some functional light by way of various pendant and under cabinet lighting.
Underfloor heating, a new kitchen and integrated appliances completed the job
Single storey rear extension, Orpington
This project required us to match the brickwork to the existing property and provide maximum light to the space available.
A large solar electric velux roof window was installed with bi-fold doors to the garden. The existing patio doors were removed so the living area could flow through to the new building, and the wall colours and floor finishes were continued to make a seamless join between new and existing.
